Responsibilities:
Balance demand and supply for co-packed items within assigned portfolio by performing the daily and weekly co-packing planning activities cycle.
Collaborate closely with Co-packers Supply Planning Transportation teams daily/ weekly to ensure availability of all components (Finished Goods and Packaging Materials) together with co-packed products at the co-packer locations to meet customers demand on time and complete whilst balancing against the right sized inventory and the cost
Utilize tools effectively to leverage system capabilities including system alerts to identify and resolve potential supply issues; make sure system updated on time to drive 100% system driven approach
Proactively communicate on major anticipated issues with co-packed products availability (out-of-stocks or over stocks) to drive actions for situation improvement
Perform root cause analysis or provide inputs for root cause analysis for major anticipated or occurred issues with co-packed SKUs/ components availability
Maintain relevant master data components in SAP for co-packing planning and perform regular revision to drive balanced service and inventory levels according to latest demand and components supply strategy
Synchronize execution of new product introductions and SKU transitions according to targeted project time-lines as well as coordinate phase out activities due to product discontinuations with minimized impact of service and inventory levels
Proactively manage capacity constraints at co-packer together with respective communication/ escalation on major issues to relevant teams to drive resolution
Shares ideas knowledge seek for external & internal inputs/ best practices and use any analytical tools effectively including SAP and Business Warehouse to drive continuous process improvement address major challenges for achieving CS&L KPIs.
Requirements:
Knowledge of SAP S/4 and APO
Experience in Supply Chain Processes
Strong communication skills
Analytical and Continues Improvement Mindset
Very good English
Knowledge of Analytical tools Sigma Domo Snowflake is an advantage
