- Demand alignment with sales manager and ensuring supply planning mainly from Bosch plants
- Create delivery plans
- Daily contact with the sales team product managers and suppliers to fulfill orders (main focus)
- Analyze key metric customer service level and find measures for improvements
- ABC Classification of parts
- Analyze plan and track key planning parameters (safety stock lead time min lot size rounding value etc.) for optimization of customer service and inventory level
- Manage bottleneck situations and supply concerns
- Coordinate physical movement of material
- Readiness of being key user of SAP-EWM and planning tool Maestro
- Participation in improvement projects aimed at automating and optimizing activities
Qualifications :
- 5 of experience in procurement planning
- Strong analytical skills; organized with excellent time management and follow up skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively with international supply base
- Target and service oriented
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills are required to enable an effective interface with other departments and different levels of management
- Key user ability for planning system
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills required
- Education: completed university studies in business economics logistics business informatics or a comparable subject
- Experience and Knowledge: experience in building and maintaining a network of international marketing sales and customer contacts and experts; understanding of planning processes; experience in dealing with Big Data in Excel Power BI and other IT applications
- Languages: very good communication skills in written and spoken English
