Job Summary

Connoisseur Media is seeking an On-Air Personality for Middays on Live 95.5 in our Portland Oregon location. Do you have a strong background in live local and relevant radio Do you enjoy being an active part of the community Then we want to talk to you! We are looking for someone with a strong on-air background where duties will include on-air work including hosting a daily midday show audio production and website and social media updates. Video production is a plus.

Responsibilities Of This Position May Include:

5-hour daily show Monday through Friday of local content of importance to the area.
Daily production of commercial spots
Engage with listeners via social media.
Broadcast live from remote locations and events.
Collaborate with the Sales Department for new and intriguing programming.

Requirements Of This Position Include The Following:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of all applicable FCC rules and regulations.
Proficient in the use of audio editing software and broadcast equipment.
Must be a team player and work well with management and staff at all levels.
Must be able to work independently.
Ability to successfully execute station events and remotes.
Able to relate to the audience and have strong listener interaction.
Public speaking skills and the ability to interact with listeners and clients in a public setting.
Ability to multitask and handle pressures and deadlines.
Skilled in the operation of the control board remote broadcasting and other related production equipment.
Must be creative and innovative with a strong work ethic.
Must have a valid drivers license and a fully insured personal vehicle.
