Position Overview
We are expanding our Marketing team in our Global Headquarters in Copenhagen and seek a motivated Global Category Marketing - Student Assistant to contribute on a part-time basis. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to engage in category marketing projects across diverse brands countries and business functions at an international level. You will work closely with senior marketing professionals gaining valuable insights and hands-on experience in a leading global company renowned for its brands and marketing excellence.

Key Responsibilities
As a Student Assistant in Global Category Marketing you will:

• Support the Marketing Team with ongoing launch projects by assisting in campaign coordination timeline tracking and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders.
• Contribute to design artwork initiatives by liaising with internal teams and external agencies to align visual materials with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Assist with day-to-day business activities including data collection market research and administrative tasks that facilitate the smooth operation of marketing projects.
• Take ownership of assigned projects by acting as project lead on specific assignments managing schedules deliverables and interdepartmental collaboration to ensure successful outcomes.
• Support the annual brand planning process through gathering and analyzing market data competitive insights and consumer trends to inform strategic decisions and marketing plans.
• Collaborate across functions such as sales design and product development to ensure coherent and market-relevant category marketing execution.

Skills and Experience
We are seeking a candidate who meets the following criteria:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program (BA/MA/MSc) specialising in Marketing or a related field.
• A genuine passion for marketing branding and consumer engagement within a dynamic commercial environment.
• Demonstrated personal drive with strong responsibility accountability and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively in teams showcasing excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Proactive organised and detail-oriented approach to tasks with the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Strong analytical skills comfortable working with numerical data and drawing actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills in English at a minimum B2 level to interact with diverse global teams and stakeholders.
• Previous practical experience from internships or student roles in marketing will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
