About the Role:
We are looking for smart energetic and fashion-forward individuals to join our team as Counter Sales Fashion Assistants. This is an in-store role where you will be the face of the brand interacting with customers directly and helping them choose the right products based on their style preferences and needs. Youll play a key role in delivering a positive and personalized shopping experience to each customer who walks in.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fashion has a natural flair for communication and loves being around people. Prior experience in the fashion retail industry is an advantage but freshers with a passion for fashion and customer service are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection

• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable clothing or accessories

• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on the latest collections and trends

• Support in visual merchandising and ensuring the display looks appealing and neat

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information

• Work closely with the store team to achieve sales targets

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the counter and trial rooms

• Assist with billing stock checks and inventory when required

• Be proactive in engaging with walk-in customers and maintaining a friendly environment

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication skills are a must

• Knowledge of local language(s) is preferred for better customer interaction

• A friendly and approachable personality

• Interest in fashion and styling

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

• Should be ready to work in rotational shifts between 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (9-hour shift including break)

• Team player with a customer-first attitude

• Basic knowledge of handling POS/billing is a plus (training can be provided)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with fashion/apparel brands (preferred but not mandatory)

• Freshers with a keen interest in fashion and customer service are encouraged to apply
