For ourgrowing European subsidiary LGEnergy Solution Europe GmbHin Sulzbach(Taunus) we offer the following internship position for a duration of6 months:
Primary Job Responsibilities
1. RMA (Returned Material Authorization) Analysis
- Support defect analysis of field-returned Lithium-ion battery packs modules and cells used in automotive and ESS applications to identify root causes of failures
- Assist in setting up and executing issue recreation tests
2. Safety Analysis
- Conduct CT scan data mapping for battery packs modules and cells involved in safety incidents
- Manage documentation and track safety issue analysis status using the quality management system
3. Technical Document Translation and Distribution
- Translate weekly BDI (Battery Data Intelligence) articles
- Provide translations for 8D reports product specifications and diagnostic matrices shared by LGES HQ
Professional and Personal Competences
- Preferably studies in material engineering chemistry electrical engineering physics or comparable STEM field
- Strong problem solving skills
- Interest in advanced battery technologies
- Proficient in PowerPoint Excel and Google
- Ability to work in a team and strong social and intercultural competence
- English / Korean fluent speaker
