Assignment Description
We are hiring someone to support the planning and execution of national and international congresses conferences and trade fairs for our company whose core business is high-quality nutritional supplements. The role includes managing our trade fair booth contributing to sales-related projects and digital marketing activities and coordinating closely with internal teams such as Sales Marketing and Product Management. The position also involves assisting with post-event follow-up and evaluating event performance.
Who You Are
- A versatile and responsible professional
- Fluent in German at C2 level (working language)
- Experienced in sales with 23 years in a relevant salesrole
- Comfortable interacting with customers and representingthe company professionally
- Willing and able to travel to 812 events per year
- Organized proactive and able to work collaborativelywith cross-functional teams
- Motivated to contribute to projects within the field ofhigh-quality nutritional supplements
What You Will Do
- Plan organize and execute national and internationalcongresses conferences and trade fairs
- Manage the companys trade fair booth (approx. 812events per year) including customer consulting and on-site support
- Collaborate on sales-related projects and digital marketinginitiatives
- Coordinate closely with internal teams such as salesmarketing and product management
- Assist with post-event follow-up and evaluate eventsuccess and performance
- Represent the company professionally at events withinthe field of high-quality nutritional supplements
