Make an Impact by:
Strategic Alignment (with Business Partners & Enablement)
- Act as ITs single point of contact into AIDA ensuring alignment of ITs digital roadmap with AIDAs AI-first strategy.
- Translate IT challenges into AI opportunities and embed them into the AIDA pipeline of initiatives.
- Influence IT leadership on AI-first transformation strategies and adoption pathways.
AI Use Case Identification & Development (with AI Architecture & Solutions)
- Identify prioritize and validate high-impact AI use cases across IT (e.g. predictive maintenance anomaly detection cyber risk analytics intelligent monitoring resource optimization).
- Partner with AI Architects and Solution teams to design and deliver scalable AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with IT systems.
- Ensure IT domain expertise informs AI model design data pipelines and solution architecture.
Process Reimagination & Reengineering (with Data & AI Platform Enablement)
- Challenge existing IT processes and reengineer workflows for automation resilience and AI-native design.
- Ensure secure by design and AI-enabled by design principles are adopted across IT domains.
- Leverage AIDAs data & platform enablement layer to ensure compliance scalability and secure integration of AI solutions into IT operations.
Change Management & Adoption (with Program Management & Delivery)
- Act as the change champion to embed an AI-first culture within IT.
- Drive adoption and scaling of AI solutions ensuring smooth rollout across IT teams and processes.
- Support capability building in IT by facilitating training upskilling and AI literacy programs.
- Partner with PM&D to track delivery milestones and ensure outcomes are realized.
Value Realization (with AI Commercialization & Value Realization)
- Define and track KPIs that measure AIs impact in IT (e.g. cost efficiency system uptime productivity uplift energy reduction).
- Ensure AI investments in IT deliver tangible business value not just technical enhancements.
- Feed success stories and outcomes into the Groups broader AI value realization framework.
Collaboration & Governance (with All AIDA Pillars)
- Represent IT priorities in AIDA governance forums ensuring IT is well-positioned in decision-making.
- Ensure ITs needs are accounted for in AIDAs overall AI reference architecture and delivery roadmap.
- Act as escalation point for alignment issues between IT and AIDA teams.
Skills for Success:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- 10 years experience in IT with exposure to infrastructure cloud cybersecurity applications and/or operations.
- Strong track record in IT transformation automation or AI/data-driven projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior IT and business leaders.
- Prior Telco or large-scale enterprise IT experience.
- ITIL TOGAF or enterprise architecture certification.
- Familiarity with AI/ML AIOps or data platform technologies.
- Lean Six Sigma or equivalent reengineering expertise.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to bridge IT challenges with AI opportunities.
- Experience in process reengineering change management and operational excellence.
