Customer Service Representative

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone email and chat
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information pricing and order processing
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish (bilingual/multilingual skills preferred)
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions
- Handle escalated customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Experience:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite and CRM software
- Sales experience or the ability to upsell products/services is a plus
