Description

Your role as a People & Culture Business Partner

As a trusted advisor youll work closely with People and Culture Manager leaders and employees to shape a thriving workplace culture.

Youll have the opportunity to:

  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Support change management workforce planning and talent development initiatives
  • Champion diversity inclusion and employee well-being programs
  • Support workplace health and safety (WHS) initiatives by providing education on compliance and promoting a safe work environment.
  • Manage workplace injuries and return-to-work processes in collaboration with management and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation policies and best practices
  • Drive engagement strategies that align with organisational goals.

Skills And Experiences

What youll bring

  • HR Expertise Demonstrated experience in HR roles with exposure to strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Employment Law & Compliance Strong knowledge of employment law WHS standards and HR best practices.
  • Communication & Relationship Management Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to ensure you can engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Emotional Intelligence & Confidentiality High emotional intelligence and discretion when dealing with sensitive matters.
  • Qualifications & Experience Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field or a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
