What youll build

  • Support the onboarding process for new clients ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Handle transactional and administrative tasks to support client setup and account maintenance.
  • Respond to queries from clients account managers and internal teams with accurate and professional support.
  • Manage escalations and follow-up cases ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to deliver consistent high-quality client experiences.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

What you bring:

  • Business fluency in English andGerman as must
  • Bachelors degree in any field or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience in client onboarding customer support operations or a related back-office role (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work with international clients across time zones and cultures.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues.
  • Affinity for software and technology.
  • Ability to be self-directed and work independently.
