Job Description

What you get to do in this role: 

  • Be a critical member of the Office of Americas President and COO working directly with them on the highest priority AMS initiatives
  • Partner with Sales post-Sales and marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver compelling actionable recommendations to accelerate the growth for AMS Sales
  • Help own and manage multiple Go-to-market workstreamsthat vary in topics and functionalpartners
  • Act as the strategic advisor to the AMS Go-to-Market leaders across key initiatives impacting AMS growth
  • Summarize inputs identify insightsand develop compellingrecommendations for Go-to-market leaders
  • Work with teams to identify opportunityunlock productivity and accelerateexecution
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities improve productivity and accelerate execution
  • Oversee end-to-end work tostructure complex problems developclear hypotheses conduct analysesand provide recommendationsthrough a data-driven process

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 8 years total work experience at a top management consulting firm private equity or strategy and operations at a technology company (or similar)
  • Expertise in GTM Strategy Finance and/or Sales Ops in the enterprise software/ SaaS industry a requirement
  • Effective communicator able to convey complex ideas in a clear concise manner; comfortable in business and technical discussions
  • Experience in building trusting relationships and influencing others (incl. executive audiences)
  • Strong people development and leadership skills; able to manage multiple extended or virtual teams
  • Collaborative team player who is also an independent thinker
  • Self-starter who thrives and can multitask in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments
  • MBA Consulting and Finance experience a plus

FD21

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $189100 - $331000 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
