Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Support HR digitisation projects including system implementations and enhancements
- Assist in data preparation migration and system testing activities
- Manage administrative tasks such as documentation filing and record maintenance
- Support recruitment onboarding activities and ensure completion of all new hire checklists and documentation
- Analyse current HR processes and recommend opportunities for digital improvement
- Support employee lifecycle processes such as probation contract renewals and offboarding
- Other duties and responsibilities as directed by JCU Singapore
Key selection criteria
- Diploma in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1 year of HR generalist experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite preferred
- Highly detail-oriented and proactive
- Due to the nature of the contract candidates must be residing in Singapore and be eligible to work in Singapore.
Monthly Remuneration: Commensurate with experience
