The Opportunity

EYs Business Consulting professionals bring a wealth of experience in working with major financial institutions to align their operating model and infrastructure to their business strategic objectives. We assemble the right multi-disciplinary teams use consistent and proven global methodologies and tools and draw on the full breadth of EYs global network to deliver value and trusted advice to the clients. The key service offerings cover finance function transformation customer and distribution effectiveness operations shared services / outsourcing support performance management program advisory enterprise intelligence risk management and regulatory change.

Your Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to grow our Finance Transformation portfolio including digital finance process optimization FP&A modernization automation and ERP/EPM-enabled solutions. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of the local market and client landscape with a consultative value-led approach to selling to CFOs and senior finance leaders.

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • Build and manage a pipeline of finance transformation opportunities within the local market.
  • Lead the full sales cycleprospecting discovery solution shaping proposal development and closing.
  • Understand client finance processes and challenges (P2P O2C R2R FP&A) and align them with our solutions.
  • Partner with SMEs to design transformation roadmaps and articulate ROI.
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity forecasting and account plans

To Qualify for the Role you must have

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree with a minimum of 6 years working experience preferably with 2 years in a business consulting role in a leading consultancy firm. Candidates with lesser experience will be considered at Senior Associate Level.
  • 5 years in B2B sales or consulting ideally in finance transformation digital transformation or ERP/automation solutions.
  • Strong understanding oflocal market dynamicsand client needs.
  • Strong understanding of finance operations and CFO-level priorities.
  • Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Specialisation in Financial Services Sector i.e banking insurance and wealth asset management will be preferred

Ideally youll also have

  • Experience of working within ASEAN
  • Strong stakeholder management skills in understanding strategic direction and being able to convert into cohesive change management strategy and plans
  • Ability to develop client opportunities and identify market growth opportunities
  • Ability to support the business development cycle
