We are seeking an experienced Head of Revenue Operations (RevOps) with a proven background in RegTech (Regulatory Technology) and Identity Verification (IDV) to join our growing team at Programmers this role you will drive operational excellence across our global GTM organization by optimizing processes systems and analytics to ensure predictable and scalable growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in sales operations CRM management compliance-driven workflows and data analysis to align teams and maximize revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage global revenue operations strategy across Sales Marketing and Customer Success.
- Own CRM architecture pipeline management forecasting and reporting.
- Develop and implement data-driven insights to drive GTM alignment and efficiency.
- Partner with Sales leadership to refine processes quotas and compensation models.
- Ensure data quality compliance and regulatory adherence in revenue operations.
- Optimize technology stack to support scaling teams across multiple regions.
- Provide executive-level insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in Revenue Operations Sales Operations or GTM leadership in SaaS/RegTech.
- Strong expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent).
- Deep understanding of AML/KYC/IDV compliance workflows and global regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to scale RevOps functions in fast-growth environments.
- Strong leadership collaboration and data-driven problem-solving skills.
