As we expand we are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused **Billing Representative** to join our remote Finance & Accounting team.

### **Position Overview**

The **Billing Representative** will be responsible for preparing issuing and maintaining accurate billing records for DIVIETO Ristorante Groups operations. This role will support the Accounts Receivable team by ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices resolving billing discrepancies and providing excellent customer support. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail excellent organizational skills and experience in billing or finance-related roles.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Generate review and send invoices to clients vendors and partners in a timely manner.

* Maintain and update billing records and customer account information in company systems.

* Monitor accounts receivable to ensure payments are collected and applied correctly.

* Respond to billing inquiries from customers vendors and internal departments professionally and promptly.

* Investigate and resolve billing errors or discrepancies.

* Prepare billing reports and summaries for management review.

* Collaborate with the Finance team to support month-end closing and audits.

* Ensure compliance with company policies accounting principles and regulatory requirements.

* Provide excellent customer service to maintain strong client and vendor relationships.

### **Qualifications**

* **Required:** U.S. Citizenship or valid U.S. Work Permit.

* High school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Business preferred.

* 2 years of experience in billing accounts receivable or a related accounting/finance role.

* Strong knowledge of billing procedures and best practices.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook); experience with accounting software (QuickBooks NetSuite or similar) preferred.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

* Self-motivated organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
