Job Summary

Are you a motivated people-driven professional who loves building relationships and closing deals Taj Staffing is growing and were looking for an ambitious Sales Representative to join our team!

This is a commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

What Youll Do:

  • Identify and reach out to businesses needing staffing and recruiting services
  • Build strong client relationships and understand hiring needs
  • Present and promote Taj Staffing services
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure client satisfaction
  • Grow your pipeline and expand our client base

What Were Looking For:

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Confidence in reaching out to new clients (phone email social media)
  • Prior sales or staffing experience is a plus but not required
  • Self-driven results-oriented and comfortable working independently
  • Ability to manage leads and follow-ups
  • A passion for helping businesses grow through great talent
