As an Idaho US Expansion TIQ Program Manager you will own the business process and roadmap for our Boise Idaho High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM) Fab (ID1) Tool Installation and Qualification (TIQ) Program in partnership with Process and Equipment Engineering (P.E.E) Industrial Engineering (IE) Planning Facilities and Global Procurement.

We are seeking a detailed oriented person with the capability of leading change and driving certainty out of uncertainty. You should also possess a detailed understanding of Tool Install (TI) procedures with the ability to develop solutions to problems find opportunities for optimization and benchmarking.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the Boise HVM Site TIQ business process track project schedule status in TMQ (Tool Move Qual) application.
  • Through Negative Float Solve (NFS) meetings you will collaborate with partners to mitigate timeline and cost risks and deliver desired results.
  • Ensure documentation readiness to enable installations to meet business plans: Tool Configuration Documentation (Doc2) TSR (Tool service requirements) and TUM (Tool Utility Matrix).
  • TIQ business process execution project tracking that includes driving Performance-to-Plan (P2P) and reporting Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics and gaps to partners and leaders.
  • TIQ Change Management business process owner: System management Change Control Board (CCB) Meetings to approve changes that have cost and/or schedule impact.
  • Drive the TIQ Steering Committee Facilitate Training and Workshops TIQ related data system ownership and data validation.
  • Collaborate with sister HVM sites and central teams for benchmarking leverage existing best-known methods (BKMs) generate and detail new BKMs as part of the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) and train collaborators on best practices.
  • Ability to build and maintain global relationships excellent communication and presentation skills and use data analysis skills to support decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of semiconductor industry experience.
  • Excellent problem solving analytical thinking and project/program management skills.
  • Ability Influence partners and customers to enable the success of your programs to deliver the desired results.
  • Demonstrate solid understanding of Semiconductor front-end Fab equipment and processes with experience in equipment installation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Program Management methods and related experience (PMP certification is a nice to have but not required).
  • Strong PC Skills: Experience with Microsoft 365 Application suite Tableau Power Automate AI applications (e.g. Co-Pilot) and SharePoint (expert level knowledge is highly helpful).
  • Experience in Change Management methodologies.
  • Flexibility to tackle new challenges and learn new skills.
