Requirements:

Bachelors degree required preferably in a program with heavy emphasis on business or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
3 years of significant work experience in a business intelligence/reports and analytics role previous employee benefits or insurance experience on a shared services operation is a plus
Communicator; displays strong oral written and presentation skills in English
Proficiency in English required proficiency in one additional language preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Power BI) including developing data models writing DAX measures and Power Query scripts

Responsibilities:

Execute updates and maintenance of dashboards reports and data models for GBM clients.
Prepare H&B shared revenues report for GBM clients ensuring accuracy and timely delivery for senior review.
Collect clean and organize data from various sources to support reporting and analytics.
Implement updates to existing dashboards and reports under guidance from senior team members.
Assist in gathering data requirements from IGS GBM Operations and H&B stakeholders. Translate these requirements into actionable tasks (data extraction report updates dashboard changes).
Perform regular data quality checks on GBM policy and operational data; document and escalate discrepancies.
Support deployment and testing of new technology platforms systems or applications performing hands-on tasks to ensure smooth rollout.
