Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required preferably in a program with heavy emphasis on business or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- 3 years of significant work experience in a business intelligence/reports and analytics role previous employee benefits or insurance experience on a shared services operation is a plus
- Communicator; displays strong oral written and presentation skills in English
- Proficiency in English required proficiency in one additional language preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Power BI) including developing data models writing DAX measures and Power Query scripts
Responsibilities:
- Execute updates and maintenance of dashboards reports and data models for GBM clients.
- Prepare H&B shared revenues report for GBM clients ensuring accuracy and timely delivery for senior review.
- Collect clean and organize data from various sources to support reporting and analytics.
- Implement updates to existing dashboards and reports under guidance from senior team members.
- Assist in gathering data requirements from IGS GBM Operations and H&B stakeholders. Translate these requirements into actionable tasks (data extraction report updates dashboard changes).
- Perform regular data quality checks on GBM policy and operational data; document and escalate discrepancies.
- Support deployment and testing of new technology platforms systems or applications performing hands-on tasks to ensure smooth rollout.
