- Bilingual in Chinese and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 15 years of experience in marketing/advertising agencies or in-house marketing communications organizations across key Greater China markets with 7 years of direct people management experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience shaping organizational vision and culture in creative communication environments.
- An understanding of digital platforms in China providing guidance on consumers O2O journey to drive platforms and content innovations.
- Experience with both digital platforms and offline retail environments across diverse city tiers and routes-to-market in China.
- Deep understanding of business and product strategy and consumer insights to build a global communications strategy for partners.
- Experience in international account management and/or strategy at an advertising agency or in-house marketing communications for a global brand.
- Passion for great work seeing potential and nourishing it with a tremendous ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders to drive the work forward.
- Ability to delve deeply into a partners business marketing strategy and consumer insights to understand challenges and find opportunities both in B2C and B2B.
