Job Summary

The Marcom Channel Lead for Greater China drives channel communications growth builds channel capabilities within the local team and serves as a key member of the Greater China leadership team. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional partners sales and external agencies to execute innovative communication strategies that enhance Apples channel presence and engagement in this critical market.


  • Bilingual in Chinese and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 15 years of experience in marketing/advertising agencies or in-house marketing communications organizations across key Greater China markets with 7 years of direct people management experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience shaping organizational vision and culture in creative communication environments.
  • An understanding of digital platforms in China providing guidance on consumers O2O journey to drive platforms and content innovations.


  • Experience with both digital platforms and offline retail environments across diverse city tiers and routes-to-market in China.
  • Deep understanding of business and product strategy and consumer insights to build a global communications strategy for partners.
  • Experience in international account management and/or strategy at an advertising agency or in-house marketing communications for a global brand.
  • Passion for great work seeing potential and nourishing it with a tremendous ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders to drive the work forward.
  • Ability to delve deeply into a partners business marketing strategy and consumer insights to understand challenges and find opportunities both in B2C and B2B.
  • Passion and eagerness to drive thoughtful strategy build innovative communication plans and develop great creative and integrated campaigns.
  • Ability to confidently build rapport credibility and influence across multiple stakeholders in a highly matrixd organization.
  • Experience in understanding business and product strategy and consumer insights to build a global communications strategy for partners.
