This role is based in our K11 Atelier Building office.
-Manage all phases of the event projects - from research through the launch responsible for the project milestones the overall quality of the deliverables and budget achievement.
-Lead and coach the sales team to effectively develop key account relationships while contribute in the effort to acquire new clients.
-Review project schedules and budgets on regular basis. Propose and implement the action plan to close the gap if there is any.
-Work closely with marketing team to engage the qualified audience and beat the visitor targets.
-Plan and execute the on-site logistics to optimize the visitor experience and achieve better than average rating in the visitor survey.
-Conduct the development plan on the projects responsible for in the long term and make new target plans for satellite events.
-Identify new business development and product launch opportunities. Formulate the business plan and acquisition proposals to secure the management approval.
Qualifications :
-Conduct management reviews.
-Initiate cross function communication.
-Manage strategy and tactical decisions.
-Excellent communication skill (English & Mandarin Speaking & Writing).
-Good interpersonal skills.
-Experience in managing the diversity.
-Proactive and goal oriented.
-Strong leadership and team player.
-Any other duties the Employee may be instructed to carry out by the board of directors from time to time that are reasonably within the scope of the Employees job position and work capabilities.
