CLAAS Inside Student Internship Project Management Global Purchasing (mwd)

Your role in our team:

• Actively support a dynamic team as fully integrated member in their daily work
• Work closely with the Project Manager & Management Team of Global Purchasing
• Get a 360 perspective of the entire purchasing organization
• Support and prepare strategy & management team meetings
• Create internal and external key note presentations for the Senior Vice President Global Purchasing
• Research on analysis and reporting requirements in accordance with market developments
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses and support the team in organization and coordination of events as well as committees.

Your profile:

• You study business adminstration industrial engineering or a purchasing-related field and you are motivated to apply your theoretical knowledge in the business and purchasing related context
• First relevant experience e.g. through previous internships
• Excellent language skills in English and German language French preferred
• Strong analytical skills with profound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (esp. Excel & Powerpoint)
• Open determined and proactive mindset
• Strong conceptual and communication skills
• Self-organized team-oriented and passionate about what you are doing
• You like to perform independently. Reliability is a key for you to successfully manage projects in collaboration with your colleagues.
• Availability as ofsummer 2025 preferably three to six months at our location in Harsewinkel (flexible start und duration possible)

CLAAS Inside

• The weekly working time is approx. 20 hours. Working hours can be agreed individually according to the study plan.
• Working from home is occasionally possible.
• At the end of your studies you also have the opportunity to write a final thesis in cooperation with CLAAS.
• In our monthly event CLAAS StudentTalk you can network with other students and CLAAS employees.

Internship

• The weekly working time is 35 hours.
• The duration of the internship can be agreed individually. Please tell us your possible deployment period in your cover letter. We prefer a deployment period of at least 6 months.
• Working from home is occasionally possible.
• Following your internship student employment as a CLAAS Inside is possible.
• Following your internship you also have the opportunity to write a final thesis in cooperation with CLAAS.
• In our monthly event CLAAS StudentTalk you can interact with other students and CLAAS employee networks.
