Invera Talent Inc part of Nordic Investin Group is expanding in the U.S. and we are now seeking a motivated Administrative & Business Manager to establish and grow our operations in Miami Florida.
This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in building our U.S. presence from the ground up. You will be responsible for both operational excellence and driving business growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Administration & HR: Managing daily operations contracts and personnel responsibilities while building and leading a new team.
- Finance & Payroll: Handling matters related to payroll bookkeeping accounting and tax compliance.
- Business Development: Building client relationships identifying new opportunities and supporting our commercial growth strategy.
- Leadership: Taking responsibility for people management and fostering a collaborative high-performing culture.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong interest and/or experience in payroll accounting finance and tax-related matters.
- Brings solid background in administration HR or management.
- Is business-minded proactive and communicative.
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and enjoys building new structures and teams.
