Lapp Millwright LLC is the premier provider of dust fume and smoke collection systems and is the industry expert for installation service parts and repairs. We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing company and manage all aspects of installing our industrial dust collection systems. We want our employees to contribute to a positive company culture. At the same time we provide accountability and opportunities to build character and establish healthy life-changing relationships. What Youll Do as a Project Manager:

  • Lead project planning efforts for the installation of our industrial dust collection systems from signed contract to completion including defining the project scope goals and deliverables
  • Develop detailed project schedules budgets and resource allocation plans
  • Coordinate with internal teams subcontractors and vendors to make sure project milestones are met on time and within budget
  • Monitor project progress & performance and take corrective action as needed
  • Conduct regular project meetings to communicate updates address concerns and encourage collaboration among the team
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
  • Work Monday thru Friday (6 AM to 4 PM)
  • Travel to out-of-state project sites (2-4 nights/month)


Our Ideal Project Manager:

  • Experienced: Must have project management experience in a relevant industry such as industrial facilities manager HVAC construction equipment installation etc. and a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. PMP certification is a plus.
  • Computer Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with project management software is preferred. Experience with Crows Nest and QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Someone with excellent interpersonal skills who collaborates effectively with coworkers clients vendors and subcontractors.
  • Analytical: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Organized: The ability to work efficiently & effectively within time constraints remaining organized & scheduling projects with reasonable deadlines while keeping the larger picture in mind.
  • Professional & Respectful: Able to engage with customers of all backgrounds and cultures when representing the company.
  • Active: This job is about 50% on a job site. Must be able to visit work sites bend kneel climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
