Job Summary

CCaaS System Administrator

This is an on-site technical / hands-on role where you will get to maintain IVRs SMS/chat queues and deliver reporting troubleshooting and user support.

We will consider System Administrators with 6 months in the following Contact Center as a Service products:

Genesys Cloud CX administrators

NICE CXone administrators

Talkdesk administrators

Five9 administrators

RingCentral Contact Center administrators

If you have 2 years of experience we will consider:

8x8 administrators

Nextiva CCaaS administrators
