RESPONSIBILITIES
During your Internship in Business Development & Strategic Growth you will
- Support and manage trade fair event and sales campaign activitiesincluding preparation and follow-up.
- Optimize existing processes to hit key KPIs; create clear reports that show actions results and next steps.
- Develop new communication & customer experience approaches for external stakeholders.
- Contribute flexibly across marketing CRM and salesfocus where your impact is highest.
- Analyze market trends and competitive moves to spot strategic opportunities early.
- Collaborate closely with experienced colleagues and entrepreneursship projects together as a team.
- Engage with customers to collect insights and feedback that improve our portfolio.
- Grow your skills and shape your learning path around your studies.
Qualifikation
REQUIREMENTS
- Current enrollment in a Bachelors/Masters program or recent graduate in Business Economics Marketing or a related field.
- First experience in business development project management or sales (e.g. internships student orgs).
- Strong hands-on mentalitytake ownership embrace feedback iterate fast.
- High affinity for project management entrepreneurial agility and platform business models.
- Excellent communication skillsGerman & English written and spoken.
- Analytical strength attention to detail and a pragmatic solution-oriented mindset.
Important: The internship should last at least 3 months to ensure a meaningful learning experience.
YOU CAN INSPIRE US WITH
- Experience running campaigns events or CRM workflows (e.g. HubSpot/Salesforce); confidence with spreadsheets & dashboards.
- Exposure to enterprise software sales/consulting.
