What Were Looking For:

  • Three or more years of telecommunications network experience with at least two years in a management or supervisory role.
  • A deep understanding of central office operations transport networks access networks and voice switching systems.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to telephone utility operations.
  • Strong leadership problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
  • Education: An Associates degree in a related field is preferred but equivalent knowledge and experience is equally valued.

What Youll Do
As the Broadband Network Operations Director you will oversee all aspects of our network operations under the guidance of our VP of Competitive Services. This includes:

  • Managing the installation replacement removal and maintenance of broadband routing transport and access equipment.
  • Overseeing broadband support servers and voice switching facilities.
  • Developing training programs and supervisory controls to ensure staff are equipped with preventive maintenance and safety procedures.
  • Driving service excellence network upgrades and innovative strategies to deliver leading-edge services.
  • Building strong vendor relationships to implement optimal systems and technologies.
  • Strong trial preparation skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with clients adjusters and opposing counsel.
  • Excellent organization research writing and communication skills.
  • Active Texas Bar License in good standing.
  • JD from an accredited law school.
