- Providing skilled nursing care in various settings (hospital home health hospice).
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Clinical assessment medication administration and treatment planning skills.
- Minimum two years of experience in hospital home health or hospice care.
- Interdisciplinary team collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field.
- Drivers license car insurance and personal vehicle for field work.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience in Medical/Surgical ICU ER Psychiatric Labor & Delivery PACU or Operating Room settings.
Special Considerations:
- Role may involve working in a fast-paced environment.
- Weekend work is required (approximately 1-2 weekend days per month in exchange for a weekday off).
- Position may involve providing care in various settings (hospital home health hospice).
Scheduling:
- Work schedule includes approximately 1-2 weekend days per month with a weekday off in exchange. Specific shift details are not provided.
