Job Description
Were recruiting for an International Client Manager to join our Client Relationship function to focus on providing an efficient and effective service sales support and relationship management to our portfolio of clients across Europe.
What youll be doing:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships acting as the first point of contact and delivering exceptional sales support
- Owning and coordinating the resolution of client enquiries by collaborating across the business and leveraging internal expertise
- Providing high-level technical support by understanding client decision-making processes and long-term goals addressing complex queries and identifying opportunities and risks
- Identifying and pursuing leads and sales opportunities with the aim of maximising revenue
- Attending meetings and calls as needed while independently managing audit and operational meetings when appropriate
- Demonstrating and developing technical knowledge of Legal & General products services competitors and market trends to confidently discuss solutions with clients and consultants
- Preparing meeting packs for client engagements and new business pitches ensuring materials are tailored and relevant
- Managing ad-hoc queries data requests and client changes through cross-functional collaboration while overseeing the production of legal documentation and client-specific reports
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Strong overall Investment knowledge including an understanding of the different investment vehicle options
- Experience within the investment management industry including providing an exceptional level of client service and sales support
- Experience working with Institutional European market
- Working within the pensions industry and exposure to non UK market
- Demonstrable track record of dealing with external clients and building significant relationships with external contacts up to and including senior levels
- Knowledge of current investment market and economic issues
- Experience preparing client pitch packs and in sales support
