This person in this position will report directly to the Senior Manager GTM Field Enablement working closely with their peers in the GTM Enablement organization as we continue to transform the business and state of Enablement. As the Senior Field Enablement Partner for our Global Customer Services (GCS) team you will be responsible for driving the performance productivity and effectiveness of the GCS team. You will design localize and implement enablement strategies programs and tools to support reps to ensure they are successful in their role. This role requires close collaboration with regional GCS leaders product operations and global enablement teams to ensure alignment with business priorities. Youll partner closely with GCS leaders to identify skill gaps define key competencies and deliver tailored enablement solutions.
