Minimum 7 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst

Experience with a wide range of process mapping techniques documentation tooling (such as Jira Confluence Wiki or similar tools) and IT Service Management practices and applications (such as Remedy/Helix).
Knowledge of project delivery practices such as Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Agile and/or SCRUM.
Strong business acumen and understanding of architecture systems APIs and databases.
Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience.
