Job Summary:
The Change Management Consultant is responsible for proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the Digital Health Information Exchange (DHIEX) Program by leading organizational change efforts. This includes improving existing processes designing new ones and communicating messaging about standards and compliance to internal and external partners. The consultant will work closely with project and program managers stakeholders and vendors to ensure the successful implementation of interoperability standards and frameworks across Ontarios healthcare system.
Location:Toronto Ontario Canada
Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirements gathering develop documentation (presentations briefing notes) and conduct partner engagement.
- Collaborate with diverse partners and subject matter experts (clinical business technical).
- Interact with business partners and subject matter experts to understand document and analyze business and technology needs and requirements.
- Ensure documentation follows standards is version controlled and loaded onto central project sites.
- Follow up on team member commitments and proactively identify risks.
- Assist the Program Manager with communication and training materials and track Organizational Change Management activities.
- Assist in coordinating planning communicating and executing the delivery of core program components.
- Proactively identify potential risk events and issues and develop mitigating strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of status reports.
- Identify problems/issues and escalate as appropriate.
- Update and maintain the team and/or project site.
- Identify recurring and one-time collaboration opportunities and take responsibility for the secretariat of working groups and committees focusing on accelerating the decision-making in a transparent way.
- Coordinate publishing of various artifacts that may include awareness materials newsletters FAQs and others.
