Workplace Arrangements:
This role will follow a fully remote schedule. Applicants for this role can expect to work from home for an 8-5 EST schedule.

What Youll Be Doing
Provide support to the GTW Controller in managing and overseeing the financial operations of the organization
Prepare monthly journal entries and accruals
Conduct the month end close process for the organization including Fixed Assets
Review specialist prepared Balance Sheet reconciliations prepare high risk Balance Sheet reconciliations
Partner with the business to develop GTW/Tiger Trucking budgets and forecasts
Partner with the business to develop supply chain business cases
Prepare and produce financial information for the year end audit
Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis for management
What Youll Bring
University degree in Accounting/Business
CPA designation
5 years of accounting department
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills including advanced Excel skills
Ability to work independently and part of a team
Experience developing relationships with departments outside Finance
Ability to speak/read/ write French is an asset
Retail experience
Experience working in a large organization with many legal entities
Excellent time management skills
