What you get to do in this role:

• Take a higher order problem and define it clearly and design a system to solve it. 
• Partner with Product Owners stakeholders and engineers in building the solution. 
• Inspire the engineers with your hands on approach and innovative solutions to solve the problem. 
• Build high-quality clean scalableand reusable code by enforcing bestpractices around softwareengineering architecture andprocesses (Code Reviews Unittesting etc.) 
• Implement softwarethat is simple touse to allow customers toextend and customize thefunctionality to meet their specific needs. 
• Identify opportunities to simplify existing systems and evolve them to become better. 
• Contribute to the design andimplementation of new products andfeatures while also enhancing theexisting productsuite. 
• Help us build scalable and reliable cloud computing solutions to support the rapid growth of our SaaS products. 
• Solve tough technical challenges in a high energy startup like environment with experienced industry leaders and with a highly collaborative team 
• Design implement test and deploy scalable Cloud Computing solutions as part of the Cloud development team 

To be successful in this role you have:

• Ability to manage projects with material technical risk at a team level
• Good foundation in distributed systems with proven experience designing and architecting systems 
• Experience building products and framework 
• Excellent experience in object-oriented design and backend programming (Java JavaScript)
• Deep understanding of database technologies 
• Experience with data structuresalgorithms object-oriented designdesign patterns andperformance/scale considerations 
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline 
• Analytical and design skills 
• Experience with agile development tools and practices. 
• Prior experience in solving problems at systems level ideally in a private or public Cloud environment. 

Qualifications :

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
• Experience In using AI Productivity tools such as Windsurf Cursor etc. is a plus or nice to have.
• 6 years of software development experience with Java or similar OOP
• Background in developing scalable systems with the ability to leverage AI/ML insights to enhance products and platforms

Nice to have:

• Experience developing in Golang (in addition to primary language expertise)
• Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms
• Familiarity with modern cloud environments (AWS GCP or Azure)
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools

FD21

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $163600 - $286300 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
