Position Overview
As an Elementary School Specials Lead Teacher you will play a key role in delivering a content-rich inquiry-driven curriculum while fostering a culture of excellence integrity and character this role you will provide high-quality whole-group and small-group instruction tailor lessons to meet the diverse needs of students and support a joyful structured learning environment. You will also mentor and collaborate with fellow educators ensuring strong instructional practices and student success. - Promotion of Critical Thinking: Cultivate higher-order thinking skills in students enhancing their abilities to analyze create synthesize and evaluate
- Data-Driven Instruction: Utilize assessment data to strengthen student achievement through targeted interventions and personalized instruction
- Collaborative Engagement & Continuous Improvement: Foster productive relationships with colleagues parents and the community while engaging in ongoing collaborative professional development reflecting on student achievement and efficiently managing time for impactful teaching and learning
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Certifications
Bachelors Degree or higher from an accredited institution
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Possession of current New Jersey P-3 or K-6 teaching certification or relevant content area for teaching placement (required)
Relevant urban elementary teaching experience with demonstrated student results (preferred)
Additional Information :
Compensation & Benefits
The base pay range for this position starts at $69000 per year. Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and addition we provide access to the NJ pension system and a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits depending on the position offered.
