Qualifications :

4 Years HR Generalist Experience
Bachelors degree or Certification in HR business-related field or equivalent work experience.
Must adapt easily to changing priorities function well in a fast-paced environment and handle a high degree of confidential information.
Analysis critical thinking and investigation skills
Experience with emphasis on employee relations coaching and training activities.
Excellent interpersonal negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to act with professionalism and integrity.
Ability to meet deadlines
