Job Description
AWS Infrastructure Engineer
Basic Information
- Experience Level: 5 10 years
Required Skills
- Strong AWS infrastructure experience (ECS/Fargate EC2 RDS S3 IAM networking security groups VPC).
- Experience migrating financial applications to AWS.
- Familiarity with Geneva application architecture (installation configuration integration touchpoints).
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application hosting environments.
Nice-to-Haves
- Understanding of financial services data handling compliance.
- Prior experience migrating Geneva in an asset management environment.
- Familiarity with scripting (Python/Bash) for automation in AWS.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the migration of Geneva Server from Azure to AWS.
- Set up and configure AWS infrastructure to host Geneva securely and efficiently.
- Deploy and validate Geneva applications in the AWS environment.
- Configure AWS networking storage IAM and security settings for Geneva workloads.
- Work with internal teams to ensure Genevas integrations (data exports feeds APIs) continue functioning post-migration.
- Implement monitoring backup and disaster recovery processes for Geneva on AWS
