Job Description
Qualifications
- Multi-family Construction management project coordination and quality control skills
- Knowledge of construction processes building codes and safety regulations
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
- Experience with construction software and tools
- Certification in construction management or related field
Responsibilities
- Take ownership & responsibility of entire project including quality
- Be willing and able to travel up to 3 hours from DFW area
- Lead entire construction team and subcontractors
- Provide daily guidance to assistant superintendents and training where needed
- Drive and maintain project schedules & budgets
- Perform weekly meetings with all subcontractors
- Maintain safety and SWPPP reports and inspections
- Maintain site cleanliness
- Maintain and distribute 3-week look ahead project schedules with project team
- Secure job site and any company equipment
- Ensure unit lights heating and air are set accordingly to minimize usage
- Responsible for all daily reports of project progress
- Leads the way for the project construction team and subcontractors
