Superintendent Construction
Salary: Starting at $95000 (DOE) Benefits & Perks
HC Company is seeking an experienced Superintendent to manage commercial construction projects with precision accountability and innovation. If you have a strong background in field supervision project execution and site leadership wed love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead all on-site construction activities while upholding HC Companys standards of quality and integrity
Supervise daily field operations subcontractors and labor to ensure safety schedule and budget compliance
Ensure superior QA/QC by verifying all installations and materials meet project specifications
Develop maintain and update project schedules communicating progress with all stakeholders
Oversee site planning layout staging and phasing for maximum efficiency
Implement and enforce safety protocols conducting training and site audits
Coordinate material deliveries subcontractor activities and owner-supplied equipment to prevent delays
Manage project documentation including RFIs change orders PCOs and as-built drawings
Conduct site meetings and collaborate closely with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure smooth execution
Actively contribute to the Safety Committee and help refine companywide safety processes
What Were Looking For:
Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
6 years of experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent in commercial construction
Proficiency in project management and scheduling software (MS Project Procore Bluebeam MS Office)
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of ADA accessibility jurisdictional compliance and construction best practices
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients subcontractors and project teams
Proven experience in site layout trade coordination and construction technology
