Assistant Superintendent Colorado
Salary: Starting at $80000 (DOE) Benefits & Perks
HC Company is seeking a motivated Assistant Superintendent in Colorado to support project teams across our commercial construction portfolio. This role is designed for individuals with a strong foundation in construction who are ready to take the next step toward a leadership position. Youll gain valuable experience traveling to project sites supporting senior superintendents and ensuring successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Superintendent in coordinating all on-site construction activities
Support QA/QC by reviewing installations and verifying materials meet project specifications
Help develop and update project schedules ensuring alignment with project goals
Assist in site planning staging and phasing for efficient project delivery
Monitor and enforce safety standards participating in safety meetings and audits
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers regarding deliveries logistics and scheduling
Support in tracking RFIs change orders and project documentation
Ensure as-built drawings and reports are kept current under the direction of the Superintendent
Build strong relationships with project teams subcontractors and clients
Actively participate in the Safety Committee and promote HC Companys culture of safety
What Were Looking For:
Associates or Bachelors degree in Construction Management or equivalent field experience preferred
35 years of commercial construction experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
Familiarity with project management and scheduling software (Procore Bluebeam MS Project MS Office)
Strong communication organization and teamwork skills
Understanding of construction means and methods trade coordination and safety requirements
A desire to learn grow and transition into a Superintendent role with HC Company
