Kforce has a client that is seeking an Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM Payroll Specialist in New York NY.

Summary:

The client is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM Payroll Specialist to join a dynamic team supporting the implementation and ongoing optimization of the Payroll module. This role is hands-on during both the build phase and post go-live ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide functional support and configuration expertise for Oracle Cloud Payroll

* Collaborate with Payroll teams to resolve issues and support business operations

* Participate in testing and troubleshooting during implementation and beyond

* Roll out new functionality and maintain system configuration

* Identify process improvements and deliver user support

Required Skills : * Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to gather requirements and write specifications * Bonus: Experience with PeopleSoft Payroll ServiceNow time capture devices
