The Campaign Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning execution and analysis of marketing and advertising campaigns across multiple channels. This role works closely with internal teams vendors and stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time within budget and in alignment with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented highly organized and passionate about driving engagement and results.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development coordination and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital print and social media platforms.
Collaborate with creative content and digital teams to ensure all campaign assets meet brand standards and project requirements.
Track campaign progress monitor deadlines and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Coordinate with vendors agencies and external partners to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
Maintain campaign calendars and documentation ensuring all activities are accurately recorded and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
Support budget tracking invoice processing and basic financial reporting for campaign expenditures.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
Prepare post-campaign analysis and summary reports highlighting successes areas for improvement and actionable insights.
Handle administrative tasks related to campaign management such as scheduling meetings organizing files and tracking approvals.
Stay informed on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field preferred.
2 years of experience in marketing campaign management or a similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel) and marketing software/tools (e.g. HubSpot Mailchimp Google Analytics).
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with social media platforms paid advertising and email marketing is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $25 - $45 hourly based on experience and qualifications.
