Job Description
Sphirea Plus is seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Communications Representative to join our growing team in Atlanta. This position plays a key role in supporting our corporate communication strategies and delivering clear consistent messaging across all internal and external channels. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a passion for precision organization and brand voice.
Responsibilities
Draft edit and distribute internal announcements press releases and client communications
Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies
Maintain consistent corporate messaging across various departments
Support coordination of events presentations and internal meetings
Monitor feedback and respond to communication inquiries in a professional manner
Collaborate with marketing HR and executive teams to ensure unified messaging
Maintain documentation and records of communications projects and timelines
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Business or a related field
13 years of experience in a communications administrative or coordination role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
Familiarity with internal communication tools and professional writing styles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Outlook PowerPoint Excel)
