Exciting opportunity: Manager FP&A role in Bangalore!
Position: Manager Financial Planning & Analysis
Industry: Agri & Food Manufacturing (Global MNC)
Location: Bangalore India
Role Overview:
Responsible for monthly/quarterly MIS closing budgeting forecasting analytics and business insights for management ensuring accurate reporting of business performance and driving strategic financial initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly/quarterly MIS closure variance analysis and business performance reporting.
- Prepare management review decks and reports for the global FP&A team.
- Consolidate and review annual budgets across multiple verticals & countries.
- Identify risks opportunities and cost optimization initiatives.
- Partner with business teams for financial insights and decision-making support.
- Support in ROI NPV and business case analysis for strategic projects.
- Work on Hyperion/Smart View for reporting and analysis.
Candidate Profile:
- Chartered Accountant with 7-8 years of experience including strong FP&A exposure in a global MNC setup.
- Experience in multi-country operations (100 entities preferred).
- Expertise in MIS design forecasting P&L Balance Sheet & Cash Flow reporting.
- Strong data analytics business partnering and presentation skills.
- Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint; Hyperion/Oracle experience preferred.
- Note: Shared services-only profiles are not suitable.
