Looking for a Field Recruiter from Bihar to hire and mobilize female candidates for a reputed electronics manufacturing unit in Hosur.
Responsibilities:
Conduct field/campus drives in Bihar (Colleges ITIs NGOs local communities).
Source & counsel female candidates.
Coordinate documentation & joining formalities.
Report daily/weekly recruitment status.
