What You Will Get to Do:
Provide technical support for desktops laptops AV/VC systems and network-connected devices
Assist with installation maintenance and troubleshooting of IT hardware and video conferencing setups
Support inventory tracking stock level updates and procurement coordination for Airoli site
Maintain service documentation and contribute to reporting dashboards
Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues
Participate in onboarding and training of new hires
Contribute to support operating procedure updates and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with EH&S protocols and site-specific standards
What You Will Bring:
Diploma or Bachelors in Electronics IT or related technical field
35 years experience in field services or desktop support
Familiarity with AV/VC systems (Cisco Poly Zoom Rooms) networking and structured cabling
Basic understanding of inventory systems and asset lifecycle processes
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Fluent in English and Hindi; able to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
Willingness to travel across nearby sites as required
