Job Description

MTC is seeking a talented Expense Management Executive Intern! Join our team to assist in tracking expenses optimizing financial reporting and gaining hands-on experience in expense control and cost management.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Monitor and record company expenses across multiple departments.

  2. Develop and maintain expense tracking and reporting systems.

  3. Update financial databases and systems regularly for accuracy.

  4. Ensure compliance with company policies in expense submissions and reimbursements.

  5. Liaise with finance procurement and operations teams to align expense planning with budgets.

  6. Communicate expense-related issues and discrepancies to relevant stakeholders.

General Responsibilities

Ensure accurate expense tracking and timely reporting.

Optimize cost-control measures to support financial efficiency.

Coordinate with vendors and employees for invoice processing and reimbursements.

Analyze expense trends and prepare detailed records for management review.

Assist in creating cost optimization strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field.

Strong knowledge of expense tracking systems MS Excel and ERP/financial software.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
