Job Summary
- Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent professional experience.
- 1518 years of overall experience with 5 years in Agile Program/Product Management leading large geographically distributed teams.
- Extensive experience in Agile SAFe and Lean practices with the ability to drive Agile transformations at scale.
- Strong technical acumen with hands-on experience in Java J2EE Microservices and Cloud-Native architectures.
- Deep understanding of digital transformation DevSecOps and modern software development practices.
- Strong stakeholder management negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver complex high-risk programs aligning with business objectives.
Total Experience Expected: 14-18 years
