Job Summary

Determine placement requirements and assist all interested students candidates to identify employment opportunities based on their interests.
Act as a liaison between the students and potential employers to ensure the students are successfully placed in the job market.
Maintain a database of the potential candidates and update it regularly to track the progress of their application.
To proactively contact and collaborate with various employers companies agencies.
Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with academic departments of various education institutions as well.
Maintain a database of potential employers and companies we have tied up with and constantly update new contacts on a regular basis.
Conduct training programs for students to help enhance their resume and develop their interview skills and soft skills as per requirements.
Give feedback to students on their resume.
Constantly give feedback to students on their application progress
Set up interviews for the interested students and coordinate the schedules accordingly.
Answering and tending to student queries on various platforms on a timely basis.

Requirements

Under graduation is a must.
0-1 years of experience as a placement coordinator.
Amazing verbal and written communication.
Must have a positive attitude.
Display constant enthusiasm towards work
Knowledge and interest in Digital Marketing is a bonus
Must be professional at all times
