Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day office operations including office staff and support personnel.

Manage petty cash prepare expense reports and maintain accurate financial records.

Handle vendor management sourcing negotiating processing payments and ensuring timely service delivery.

Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory placing orders when required.

Maintain proper filing systems (physical & digital) for records and important documents.

Assist in calendar management meeting scheduling agendas and minutes preparation.

Oversee office cleanliness maintenance and repair activities by coordinating with service providers.

Support HR and Operations teams with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline with 4 6 years of experience in office administration/management.

Strong knowledge of petty cash handling and vendor coordination.

Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint); basic accounting knowledge preferred.

Excellent communication organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

Own laptop is mandatory.

Immediate availability is required.
